How I build it
- 1. I learn your business. Two hours with you and your best salesperson. Who actually signs the check. What happens right before a company buys from you. How far ahead you need to know. Who to leave alone. Everything I build after this comes out of that conversation, not a template.
- 2. I build your systems. Follow-up drafting, note filing, the call list, the old-deal reminders, the scoreboard. It goes into your existing tools. Your reps do not learn a new system.
- 3. Your team approves. Every morning there are drafts to read and a short list of companies with the reason attached. Your rep says yes or no. Nothing moves until they do, and nothing gets emailed until they send it.
- 4. I report every week. What ran, what your team approved, what came back, and how the numbers compare to the day we started.
What it never does
It does not send email on its own. It does not make up a contact or a phone number. It does not scrape LinkedIn. It does not delete anything from your system. Every action is written down and you can see all of it.
