Products that go in fast, and a build for the problem only you have.
Ready to install
Signal Ledger. Every day, your reps get a short list of companies with a public, dated reason to buy: a bid, an expansion, a hire, a program, a contract coming up. The source is attached. A posted bid, a new location, a hired leader or an announced program supplies the reason. Your rep decides which are worth a call, and the first email is drafted before they do. At a distributor, the first month produced about 700 companies worth reviewing, 300 the reps approved, 24 meetings and $50,000.
Nurture Engine. Every deal you lost hears from your rep again every few weeks, with something genuinely useful and no ask, until they come back or tell you to stop. First run at my own company: 88 accounts, meetings booked that weekend.
AI Enablement. I train your team to work the way I do and install it per person: drafts before they leave the parking lot, records that fill themselves, prep that appears the morning of a meeting. Follow-ups use each rep's own voice and what was actually said on the call. Your reps read and send. Ten minutes of work replaces two hours. I measure each rep's hours before and after so you know what you bought.
RevOps and SalesOps. Clean records, lead routing that respects capacity, daily pacing against the number, forecast you can defend, pipeline meetings prepared before they start, and one-on-ones built from last week's assignment.
Fractional sales leadership. Strategy, comp plans, hiring and ramp, call coaching, weekly reviews. Recordings are scored weekly against what your best rep does, with one thing for each person to fix. A seasoned leader on your team without a leader's salary, and one who brings the systems with him.
Built for you
Every company has a bottleneck nobody sells a product for. In the first two weeks I find yours and build for it. Recent examples of the kind of thing this means: quoting that takes three days instead of thirty minutes, proposals and RFPs that eat a week, service techs whose visits never turn into revenue, a referral network nobody follows up with, onboarding that loses customers in month one.
If a person on your team is doing something repetitive, it can probably run itself. The free report identifies which one is costing you the most.
