How I handle your data.

Ghost Shift is a trade name of SIGNAL LEDGER LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company.

SIGNAL LEDGER LLC stores information submitted through requests, support, account details and onboarding. I also store records of authorized service activity. I use this information to answer your request and deliver the agreed work.

Report materials

I use your materials to produce the report. I delete them within fourteen days unless you hire me. I arrange read-only access or exports after your request. Never put passwords or API keys in a contact form.

Connected accounts

I encrypt credentials at rest. Access requires a signed-in account with permission for that workspace. I use connected tools within your agreed scope and approved rules.

Payments and service records

When billing is set up, Stripe hosts invoices, payments and subscription management under the agreed terms. Ghost Shift does not collect card numbers in its forms. Your agreement sets the retention period for ongoing service records.
